Refund Policy
This policy explains when you can request a refund for a paid digital product purchased through Chinese Measures, and how the process works.
Digital products
Our paid products are digital deliverables such as reports, templates, downloadable files and one-off analyses. They are delivered immediately after payment, which is why the conditions below apply.
14-day refund window
If a paid product does not work as described, or you cannot access it at all, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem quickly.
When a refund may be refused
- You simply changed your mind after downloading and using the product.
- The product was delivered and used substantially as described.
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
- The purchase was made fraudulently or the product was redistributed.

Approved refunds are usually returned within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Payment processor fees may be handled according to the provider's policy.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice, or paid but never received the delivery link, contact us with the order number and we will resolve it promptly, including a full refund where appropriate.
